Archive kok3shiX

dora has removed kok3shiX ipa's from their website, requested its removal from jailbreaks.app and explicitly requested that kok3shiX archives not be linked to or saved, therefore archive the pages and remove from site navigation. AppleDB and further changes will be figured out later (if necessary).
