Images are not properly referenced in HTML, so they cannot be viewed in HTML view.

Closing this as there is no simple fix for this message. It has multiple attachments that are not properly referenced from HTML. There is a similar test |

so they cannot be viewed in HTML view.
This is a test for #8598
Not clear yet what to do about it. Can probably look at HTML and not remove images that are not referenced.
