You may try retrieve by using commit the button under the Code
To download an older version of DoubletFinder from its GitHub repository, you need to follow these steps after clicking into the commits:
Select the Desired Commit:
Browse through the list of commits to find the specific one corresponding to the older version you want to download.
Click on the commit hash (a long string of letters and numbers) of the desired commit to view the details of that specific commit.
View the Commit Details:
On the commit details page, you will see the changes made in that commit along with the files modified.
At the top right of the page, you will see a button labeled "Browse files". Click on this button.
Browse Files in the Commit:
Clicking "Browse files" will take you to the state of the repository as it was at the time of that commit.
You will now see the file structure and the files as they were in the older version.
Download the Repository:
On this page, look for the "Code" button (usually green) at the top right of the file listing.
Click on the "Code" button to open a dropdown menu.
In the dropdown menu, you will see options to clone the repository using HTTPS, SSH, or download a ZIP file. Click on "Download ZIP" to download the repository at that specific commit.
This will give you a ZIP file containing the older version of DoubletFinder corresponding to the commit you selected. You can then extract and use this version as needed.
