This commit removes PHP 8.3.32 entries for both cflinuxfs4 and cflinuxfs5 stacks, keeping only PHP 8.3.33 as the latest version in the 8.3.x line. Changes: - Remove PHP 8.3.32 for cflinuxfs4 stack - Remove PHP 8.3.32 for cflinuxfs5 stack - PHP 8.3.33 remains for both stacks (added in previous commit)
