Minor fix - Added missing flag for enhanced authentication of assets

Release 1.0.0 was missing a flag that improves security when authenticating assets by limiting to a specific signer rather than just the trust level of the asset. This release adds that missing flag and makes it required.

• Added signer_id to action inputs (translates to --signerId flag for vcn)
