It may be that they just haven't had the time to review things.

My project's dependency on the vulkan stack has been removed.

I would either wait or ask to be a maintainer here. Typically it helps to be a user to maintain the package.

If you are interested in helping.

1. Make a PR with the next version you want.
2. Ask to be a maintainer (just add yourself to the maintainer list, they can merge the bot PRs if they don't want you to have push access, but they will likely accept your help).
3. Expect to merge the latest version when the bot makes the PR.
