This PR adds a goreleaser github action which releases the connector when a semantic version tag is pushed.
@maksenius I noticed this connector uses CGO so the goreleaser template will probably need to be adjusted (it disables CGO right now). I am adding this to all connectors, but this one will need to be adjusted, I hope you can do the changes needed for the release to work correctly. Feel free to take over and commit to this branch. Thank you!
