The SHA-to-tag mappings in this PR are generated by Renovate bot, whose core function is SHA-to-tag resolution. While independent verification of pinned SHAs is always good practice, the risk is low given the trusted provenance. A human reviewer may optionally verify each SHA maps to the stated tag.

Suggested fix: For each action, run git ls-remote https://github.com/actions/<action>.git refs/tags/<tag> and confirm the commit SHA matches the pinned value in the workflow file.
