Upgrades Prometheus Alertmanager to v0.34.0.
Changes:
AlertGroupgained arouteLabelsfield, so the v2 alert groups merger test expectation was updated.client_golangto v1.24.1, whoseapi/v1LabelNamesreturnsmodel.LabelNames.reasonlabel oncortex_alertmanager_notifications_failed_totalnow reportsauthErrorfor HTTP 401/403 andrateLimitedfor HTTP 429.
