Prequisites

Docker

• Install docker and docker-compose

Installing Docker on Mac (OSX El Capitan) via Homebwrew and command line:

• brew install docker
• brew install docker-machine
• docker-machine create default (see this Stackoverflow answer)
• eval $(docker-machine env default) (see this Stackoverflow answer)

Running

• docker-compose up -d

Accounts

Both testrpc and geth in container contain following accounts.
