Better stylying, first test of filesystem

• Added filesystem (backend now only list directories, javascript only to show current working directory)
• Fixed transitions in game selection
• Added bottom toasts ("Player x connected")
• Better fullscreen
• Autohide menubar
• Added app loading state (node backend, js renderer won't use now)

What to download?
The html version is just clean html page, without node. This means, that it lacks functions, such as filesystem or fullscreen.

win32 x64 is for Windows 7/8/10 64bit PCs, while win32 ia32 is for Windows 7/8/10 32bit PCs.

Linux is currently available only for 64bit PCs.
