Using NLP and Topic Modelling Techniques to Analyze Hotel Reviews

** WIP **

Overall Goal: For business to understand the makeup of positive and negative reviews and the kind of topics customers bring up in such reviews.

Business Value:

  • Which reviews are the highest priority for service recovery?
  • What are areas of improvement that tend to be mentioned alot in negative reviews?
  • What are we doing well that we should continue to do?

Analysis:

  • Sentiment Analysis
  • Topic Modelling using Latent Dirichlet Allocation
