Add support for GroveDBG sessions and update served GroveDBG app version to the latest release.
What was done?
Update GroveDBG protocol fetch and query requests with mandatory session identifier to maintain consistency between multiple requests. Sessions are achieved by using temporary GroveDB snapshots.

Manually
Breaking Changes
Previous GroveDBG installations (in case of native apps) won't work with this version.
