If I understand it correctly, each of the uds-package repo's should have the same credentials for authenticating with registry1, I had to update the uds-package-gitlab-repo's creds. Not something introduced in this PR, but the creds for renovate may need to be updated for this repo.

Changed this to fix because the last PR didnt pick up since it wasnt squash merged and the release didnt trigger. I disabled the ability to do anything other than squash merge onto main so that wont happen again.
