* Updated the TaskTable component to use the defaultSort property instead of the defaultSortIdx property for queue table since that property is not used anywhere. Added a default sorting hash to the UnassignedCasesPage component and now pass that down to TaskTable. Removed references to defaultSortIdx. * Added the type column default sort to the AssignedCasesPage widget as well. * Added a parenthesis for clarity around a boolean.
