GUI Ground Station for Windows

Alpha release of GUI Ground Station for Windows that supports

• Parsing and display of regular beacons containing temp, Vbatt, gx, gy, gz, ax, ay, az, and GPS timestamp in UTC timezone.

• Sending commands to retrieve housekeeping data and saving in CSV format.

• Sending commands to issue mission and retrieve images from downlink.
