Description:

• Releases via Prepare Release only deploy to TestFlight, subsequent builds will release to testfight also.
• New job "Promote TestFlight to App Store" which promotes the latest TestFlight version to app store with metadata to be done on Fridays
• Updated Fastlane as I was encountering bug Search query: Found more than 1 matching build fastlane/fastlane#22248

This was tested with review configuration applied (currently not applied)
Steps to test this PR:

1. Run Prepare release
2. Run Promote TestFlight to App Store
