My current focus is Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and the impact of AI, particularly in the areas of data sovereignty and local hybrid AI. I am exploring how organizations can build secure, controlled and policy-driven AI architectures based on local inference and data gravity, using portable LLMs and agentic systems that can operate in parallel with cloud models while remaining governed by the organization’s own policies.
