move_base example

Added an example on how to use a native activity for move_base.

Portable distribution

This release includes a new option to create a .tar.gz file with the cross compiled ROS packages.

This .tar.gz can be used to build a ROS Android APP without the need of cross compiling everything from source, creating the Docker instance and downloading huge amount of source code.

Attached, please find the generated portable distribution and a sample app which can be built with the .tar.gz.
