Project Abstract

Neutroswap is an automated market-maker (AMM) on the EOS EVM blockchain that is community-driven and offers the low fees for swapping assets. Neutroswap's staking and yield farming rewards are among the highest in the EOS EVM ecosystem, attracting those seeking profitable returns on their assets. In V2, we are shifting our focus to enhance the utility and value of the $NEUTRO token. Previously, it was primarily utilized for incentivizing users through Neutro Farms and Vaults. Our plan now includes introducing $xNEUTRO, a locked version of the token similar to $veCRV by Curve Finance.

I would like to see a requirement to verify the contracts on the mainnet here, but besides that, LGTM.

The rate per week for these milestones (given the FTE count) varies wildly. Is this reflective of the different skillsets involved in the milestones or is it accounting for the unknowable risks that the first milestone will discover as the later milestones are designed? Or is it something else entirely?

Yes exactly. To able to deliver the milestone we need vary skillsets, hence different rate. In the milestone 2, we request more budget because of the rate of smart contract developers are higher than designer, frontend, non-web3 backend engineer in milestone 3.
