Summary
Syncs the current episphere/quest-dev main code into episphere/quest quest2 for release.
CI scope
The included .github/workflows/quest-pr.yml remains configured only for pushes to main and pull requests targeting main. This PR targets quest2, so it will not run that workflow. The quest2 branch is permanently isolated from the parent repository main branch.
