OrgoShmorgo is an organic molecule visualizer built using D3.js.
OrgoShmorgo has Vagrant manage all the development setup. Once you have Vagrant setup, simply run vagrant up in the root of your clone. You now have an OrgoShmrogo instance running on localhost:8080.
The future goals of the project:
- Fully IUPAC conformant naming engine
- Addition of a lot more functional groups
- Ability to create rings
- Integration with Wikipedia to display data on created organic molecules
Built on top of mbostock's original molecule example.
