Add Envio HyperRPC endpoint to Robinhood Chain (eip155-4663)

Adds Envio's HyperRPC endpoint to the Robinhood Chain entry.

HyperRPC is a read-only JSON-RPC endpoint aimed at data-heavy calls such as eth_getLogs. It uses the templated token form, the same as the Infura entries elsewhere in this repo.
