Simple, configurable, SQLite3-backed DHCP daemon. No enterprise grade features like IPC to BIND (at the moment).

<dd>Create database schema in specified database, useful if you're using
':memory:' as database</dd>

<dd>Range of IP addresses, from which the daemon can allocate</dd>
