Updated GO download and install instructions to new URL, new version and following official steps stated here.

Looks like you build this PR from the old staging branch. This was likely due to mistake, I need to delete that branch. I'll manually recreate this PR.

Please can you recreate this PR based off the main branch? The location of the file you're trying to edit is /nodes/lite-nodes/spin-up-a-lite-node.md. I can do this for you, if you'd like, but you won't get the OSS attribution unfortunately. Let me know :)
