Fixed typos and changed wording
Currently and until April of next year a bus replaces the Celta-train between Valença (PT) and Vigo (ES).

when booking a fip ticket for the celta-connection, the booking fee was "just" 20 ct, so 400 * 0.055 = 22 [ct] rounded down. as stated on the website, the booking fee is a percentage.
the booking fee is not always 55 ct.
