The Gemini 1.5 [Pro|Flash] Preview models in Vertex AI have been discontinued in June 2024.

This PR should:

  • Remove the models from the Vertex AI plugin
  • Replace the model used in the Angular and Genkit streaming sample (Gemini 1.5 Flash Preview -> Gemini 1.5 Flash)
