Update World_Map_of_sites_with_FAO_and_IPCC_data_sent.png

@teixeirak I updated this map since the number of records is different after changing the set of relevant variables. Technically the number of records sent has not changed but the way it is calculated is after excluding the un-relevant variables. Now the only thing changing in this table is how the number of records are split into bins.
