DPI24 (VGA888) HAT Support:
Added support for Lotek DPI24 (VGA888) HAT, with the driver available for installation via OS4 UI in /media/sd/ports/GPIO_Device.
VGA Monitor Support:
Added VGA monitor scripts to /media/sd/ports/tools for using VGA monitors. Games that are ~240p will be doubled in height to achieve 60hz motion clarity. Enable the interlacing shader to get perfect scanlines and save as dir, core, game etc. Using the interlacing filter on 480p games will result in an odd flicker.
