######Define .wiff datatype Done.
######AB Sciex library to convert .wiff files to mzml ######msconvert
- Need to convert wiff and wiff.scan files to mzml, mzxml or MGF format.
- msconvert can do this but needs AB Sciex libraries. Can we have a msconvert_wiff tool to make this possible?
- Tool will be tested by Sarah and Pratik with .wiff files
######MS data Converter from AB Sciex
- As an alternative to msconvert_wiff, MS Data Converter from AB Sciex can also be wrapped and installed within GalaxyP.
