fix: sync UIZZE skill with canonical workflow

Summary

• sync the UIZZE anti-ui-slop skill with the current canonical package
• remove the retired anonymous MCP preview and check_ui_slop listing
• document the optional authenticated MCP’s exact two tools and no-op behavior
• update the UIZZE plugin metadata and generated indexes

Validation

• npm run skill:validate
• npm run plugin:validate
• npm run build
• package checksums verified

The repository line-ending helper was also run; on macOS its BSD sed invocation prints errors, but the changed files already pass git diff --check.
