- Created archive folder and moved contributors and authors files to the folder as they were 9 years old and not maintained.
- Modifyed contributing.md file with more information on how to contribute and linking to governance.
- Changed the readme to include general information about GTFS, the GTFS Digest, and other valuable resources.
