Launch the weather docker

$ echo "export SITE=pad" >> ~/.bashrc
$ . ./.bashrc
$ docker run -d \
     --restart always \
     --name weather \
     -v /dev/:/host/ \
     -e LOCATION=$LOCATION \

     --privileged \
