Setup Interviews on Hack for LA Zoom accounts

Note if you have to create more than one interview, you may have to do the following steps several times)

Copy the following into a comment on your issue and check off as you go.

- [ ] Login to [1Password.com](https://1Password.com) (if you don't have access, have your pm, request access in the admin slack channel)
  - [ ] Go to Zoom Vault
     - [ ] open Zoom spreadsheet
  - [ ] add time of interview and find a zoom room account that is free (zoom 1-4) (zoom 4 is not available on Monday and Tuesdays at 5:45pm pst - 7pm pst)
- [ ] Go to the Zoom Account that you found to be available during the tine you want to schedule interviews 
  - [ ] Create a non-recurring 1 hour meeting for that time
- [ ] Add the following info to the resources section of this issue
  - [ ] Zoom link (from the meeting you just created) 
  - [ ] date and time 
- [ ] Create folder for interview recording
