Please take note of the following sections if you are maintaining the Jolly Advisor.
When a new issue is created, apply the appropriate labels to the issue.
Some good labels to note:

enhancement: for feature requests. -
bug: for things that are bugs (duh). these should be treated as highest priority and assigned to someone right away. -
duplicate: for things that we already have issues for.- For duplicates, just leave a comment that it's a duplicate, drop a link to the issue it duplicates, and close it. So something like "Duplicate of #41".

question: for people asking how to do things with Jolly Advisor. I doubt we'll see many of these. We should consider adding such questions to the FAQ.
