I don't understand why you need to add such a feature. The seafile controller already monitor seaf-server.

But with this feature systemd monitors the seafile controller. In my setup the seafile controller (for some unknown reason) was not running anymore rarely. Since this setup using systemd i dont have experienced any further issues.
