SOP for providing feedback on the project

We will use the issue tracker associated with this repository for feedback and communication among team members. All Advisory Committee members have been invited to join the "advisoryboard" team, which provides write permission to this repository. Feedback will also be gathered at quarterly meetings. The next meeting is scheduled for December, 2015.

##Biannual meetings of Advisory Committee (AC) First meeting took place in xx, 2015. As the project was just starting, there was little that the AC could provide feedback on.
