Update the grouping constraints for Icelake. The previous groups missed certain cases due to erroneous event grouping.

Avoid grouping events especially in cases where the kernel's PMU
driver fails to not open the events, causing the events to report back
as "<not counted>".

driver fails to not open the events, causing the events to report back
as "<not counted>".
