リリース時のコミット指定がrefなことにより、"refs/heads/main" に対してタグ付けがなされている
これにより、リリース処理中に新しくコミットがマージされると、本来と異なるコミットに紐づいてしまうため、github.refではなくgithub.shaでなければだめそう。
