Skyrim VSE Player must be run on a PC capable of connecting to an Android device - physical or virtual.
Running an Android emulator requires a computer with hardware virtualization enabled. The ability to run HAXM is recommended.
This application also works with a physical Android device running in debug mode and connected to a PC with a USB cable. I ran an early version of the application with a Motorola Droid Turbo (2014). The Android device must be configured to support USB debugging.
Skyrim VSE Player connects to an Android device. These requirements assume that the user is running an emulated Android device using Android Studio.

Within Android Studio, open Device Manager, and click "Create Device".
From the list of device definitions, select a device with the Play Store. The Pixel 4 device works well.
Run the emulated device from the list of devices. After the device starts for the first time, you must logon with a Google account to access the Play Store. You may also have to verify your identity in the Play Store.
Install the Alexa app and start it.
Click the typewrite icon to access chat bot mode.
Alexa displays the chat dialog.
"Python adb library for adb service" is a Python library for interfacing with the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) service. It is used for listing devices and rebooting a device.
"Python Wrapper for Android UiAutomator2 test tool" is a Python library for interfacing with the Android UI. It is used for communicating with Alexa.
