Release 2 2022.08.14

Second major release of Henry. Few of the many changes:

• greatly simplified Henry's CSS model - now you have a before/after
• Cleaned up variables - easy theme switch - video
• Goto scroll improvement
• index listing change
• video shortcode
• hidden listing categories (present online but not indexed by google search) - i use Tailscale if i want it to be "truly" private
• Dropcap support (just add *** and you will insert an hr, which will be interprested as a dropcap) - could have done nth-child 1 but want to separate it out at any point
• plenty of fixes
• remove 404 from sitemap/index
