This adds one board bring-up guide to Learning → Technical Tutorials.
It has nine ordered stages covering inspection, first power, rails, programming, interfaces, thermal/load checks, and the known-good baseline. Each stage includes a stop condition. The page leaves current limits and tolerances to the actual design instead of inventing universal values.
I run PCBWiki, so this is a self-submission. There is no payment, affiliate arrangement, or link swap involved. I searched for an existing PCBWiki suggestion and kept this to one resource.
