更新日志：

SDK 更新
- get_credentials() -> getCredentials() 原因：统一代码风格。
  - 由于基本没有客户程序员故不做兼容处理，不跳版本号。
框架更新
- 现在未知请求类型会被导出 $_SERVER，而不是先前的 $Event
  - 该改动是因为 kjBot 本体收到了异常请求
  - 该改动似乎并未生效，原因不明
- 使用情况统计函数 getUserCommandCount() 新增第二参数 $limit 限定返回的结果数
  - 同时删除行末空行
- 现在将不会记录 recordStat 模块的使用情况
模块更新
- 使用情况统计的启用与取消不再限制只能在私聊内完成
  - 但是使用情况统计协议仍然只会在私聊中发送
    - 了解更多有关使用情况统计的信息：!help.recordStat
