Release Candidate. If no new problems are found, this will be the final 1.0 version.

New:

  • Added Spanish localised knloader.bas and knlauncher
  • Updated release directory structure for different localised versions
  • Added 3rd joystick button (MD 1) options to loader and launcher
  • Updated documentation
