I removed:
"poetry install –no-dev"
"poetry run COMMAND [arguments]"
"poetry self:update"
If I should add anything back/get rid of anything else, let me know.
This will conflict with PR #897. I'll want to keep the changes in "docs/sphinx/contribute.rst" from that PR and ignore the changes I made in "docs/sphinx/development.rst" in that PR.
