Add dynamics example

Added a simple example where we fly a figure 8 shape with all available models and compare the tracking errors. This shows

1. what to do in the reset, since the hover thrust states are different
2. that there is a different between the models (by visualizing the trajectories)

If we want to add this in, I will reference this in the documentation.
