Description

This repository contains the solution code by Team HSE (Submission 2) for the Connectomics in NeuroImaging Transfer Learning Challenge (CNI-TLC). Results of the challenge is published and available on arxiv here. Detailed description of the challenge and the data can be found here.

Reproducibility

If you would like to reproduce the results of Team HSE from the paper you need to follow next steps:

1. Download the data from the website and put it to inputdir folder.
2. Download or pull the code from this repository.
3. Create the conda environment using the conda-env.yml file.
4. Run train_predict.py.
