Motivation
To make our workflow setup a little more reproducable by external partys, open-source the AWS-CDK that is used in creating the EKS cluster.
Modification
Create a basic IPv6 EKS cluster with a couple of starting nodes
Future work
To make this pull request somewhat small, most of additional services running in the cluster have been left for future pull requests as well as any sort of CI/CD
