I changed around the
_config_calc.ymlfile a bit and added a catalog building notebook that builds the catalog to be used in calculationsThis still needs to be tested with the current workflow to make sure this catalog can be used, but this will likely help from the user perspective of just being able to specify the directory in which they downloaded the data, and the workflow handles the rest.
