Fixed Watch, External Files content folders, and more

This release fixes several issues with watching changes using the watch argument.

Example usage with debug:

wikigdrive watch --watch_mode=changes --debug=watch

You will need to assign a drive and drive_id in your .wgd/drive.json file for this to work correctly.
